“His first visit, I entered the pediatric emergency room at 2:30 p.m. The first time I entered, I heard comments from the reception staff because one of them had finished her shift and was going out. They told her, God help you, someone came to register!! If you didn’t come back, it would have been better for you to get out of your shift and not come back to record their rants, because I don’t care about their comments. I lost one star because of their silliness. The second star I cut because of waiting. I entered 2 and a half, and the doctor called us only 3 and a half! But to be honest, Dr. Zainab is excellent.
