Jinarc is a drug used for the treatment of the disease called “autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease” (ADPKD). This disease causes fluid-filled cysts to grow in the kidneys, which puts pressure on surrounding tissues and reduces kidney function, possibly causing kidney failure. Jinarc is used for the treatment of ADPKD in adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) in stages 1 to 4 and whose disease has proven to be rapidly progressive.
