• In growth disorders in children due to insufficient secretion of growth hormone; by confirming the insufficiency of growth hormone with two separate dynamic growth hormone stimulation tests;
• In growth disorders associated with gonadal dysgenesis (Turner Syndrome);
• Growth disorders in prepubertal children with chronic kidney failure;
• In the treatment of SGA;
> In children with birth weight and/or length -2 SD and who did not achieve the required growth at the age of 4 years and beyond (annual height gain SDS<0 in the last 1 year)
> Growth disorders in short children born small for gestational age (SGA) (length SDS<-2.5 and parent-adjusted length SDS<-1); • Hypothalamus-pituitary disease detected, pituitary surgery-intervention, cranial radiotherapy or childhood-onset growth hormone
